Our fraud department is monitoring your account activity 24/7, 365 days a year and will notify you immediately if we suspect a transaction may be fraudulent.

To Report a Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card

New Debit Card

If you need a new debit card, stop in to one of our branches and a Personal Banker will be able to assist you.


Debit Card Activation

Once you receive your new debit card, sign the back of the card and call us at 773-594-5900 to activate the card.  Once activated, you can immediately use your card anywhere Visa® is accepted.


Replacement Debit Card

If your debit card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately so we can close the card and issue a new one.

  • Call us immediately at 1-773-594-5900, or after hours call 1-800-236-2442, so we can deactivate the card and review your current transactions for any unauthorized charges.
  • Stop by any branch to complete an application for a new card. 
  • A new card will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

Understanding Daily Debit Card Limits

There is a daily maximum limit on the dollar amount and the number of transactions that you can make using your First Nations Bank Debit Card.  Your card also has a maximum limit on the dollar amount of cash withdrawals each day that you can make at an ATM.

  • Choose Debit and using your PIN number

                   $500 per day transaction limit up to 20 transactions per day

  • Choose Credit and using your signature

                   $500 per day transaction limit up to 20 transactions per day

  • ATM withdrawal limits

                   $500 per day up to 20 transactions per day

ATM Card

Our ATM Card is open for business whenever you need it.  You can use it to complete a variety of transactions - without having to come directly to the bank.  You can withdraw, deposit, or transfer funds any time of the day.  With the First Nations Bank's ATM Card you can enjoy access to your checking or savings accounts, 24 hours a day at ATM's in your neighborhood and around the world.

$500 per day up to 10 transactions per day

 

Important Legal Disclosures and Important Information

Zero Liability Fraud protection does not apply to ATM withdrawals or PIN transactions not processed by Visa.  Notify First Nations Bank immediately of any unauthorized use.  For specific restrictions, limitations and other details regarding unauthorized use, see your Consumer Electronic Funds Disclosure within the Account Agreement for any Checking account.
